Hi, I've noticed many approx 1.5-2'' long and approx 5mm wide, translucent jelly sacs adhering to some of the pond plants in my wildlife pond. Upon closer inspection, they seem to have many black specks inside. I'm assuming they're egg sacs of some kind. Could they be from the many pond snails I have already? I can forward pics if needed, but they're as discribed above. Thank you

Yes, these sound very much like snail egg masses to be. See for instance,

If you can identify the snail species you can probably search for images of their egg masses to double check - but there are something like 40 native species of "pond snails" I think
