Do we store testosterone in our bodies if so does knowing that help us produce more testosterone?

I don't think it is stored. The amount of testosterone in the body is tightly regulated. The correct amount is produced and extra is degraded. The body doesn't need to store it to make more.

correct - none of the steroid homones are stored in the body. They are synthesised and released "on demand". see

Also, free testosterone has a half-life of only minutes in plasma. Most of the hormone is bound to proteins which can serve as a circulating ‘sink’ and affect its bioavailability. Various testosterone derivatives have half-lives of days.
