Following the standard rule of no. Of chromosomes and that would a hedgehog be able to create offspring with a shrimp I know it's a stupid question but they are both able to have 90 chromosomes with the shrimp being ranged from 86-92 so would this be technically possible through methods such as taking the sperm of the hedgehog and the egg of a shrimp? Just because it would be cool to have a shrimp hog as a pet

no it is not possible they are different species (let alone one is a mammal and one an crustacean) which by definition can't mate. The fact they have the same number of chromosomes is irrelevant.
