What is the relationship between the egg maturation and Pinocytosis ??

Ok. I'm no expert on this but here goes:

Pinocytosis is a form of endocytosis where small particles are taken into the cell by the formation of vesicles from their cell membranes. So in other words, the cell ingests extracellular material by wrapping them up in parts of their membranes and sucking them inside as little bubble-like things.

So keeping this in mind, I would imagine that egg cells would need to get their nutritions from somewhere - that somewhere being the yolk sack and the method of ingestion being pinocytosis.
