Hello,
I've been reading about dihedral angles of amino acids in wikipedia, and I concluded in this general model of a dipeptide (picture). So if we bend the blue and grey surface the angle in between them is psi, and if we bend the yellow and green surface we have the psi angle. Am I correct?
