Hi,
Please could you help me identify this animal, I saw whilst fishing at a lake near Ringwood, Dorset.
The creature was about three to four millimetres long and had an undulatory movement similar to a Caterpillar.

It's a ladybird larvae in the family Scymnidae - the white substance is wax secreted by the larva for protection
