Again, we don't have the specialist knowledge for India on this site but it is (I would bet!) a bush cricket of some description, as it has extremely long rear legs and extremely long antennae...
And it looks like an early instar, as the wing cases haven't developed yet, and wings are associated with the adult form.
Yes, very early instar katydid (bush cricket) - there's a vague possibility it could be a true cricket (Gryllidae), as you need to check the tarsal segmentation, but they don't usually have quite this shape
I don't have much to add, except to say that you got a really good photo considering how small that little guy is!
