I'm afraid I have good news and bad. It is possible to make such a machine. Evolution has arrived at solutions which many spiders already use. Unfortunately, to construct such a machine is beyond our grasp. Essentially, spiders secrete a protein which is then "spun" into threads, droplets, sheets or whatever the spider needs. I believe that we can express the proteins, but the engineering problems are all down to the subsequent mechanical and biochemical manipulation. Spiders use a specialised organ, known as a spinneret. I'm afraid that a parts list to duplicate this process is a little too much to ask:)

However, due to the very higher tensile strength of spider silk, there are serious and moderately successful efforts to make spider silk armor to replace more conventional, heavier armor. Have a look on google, there is quite a bit out there.
