I would be grateful if a 6 legged orange larva could be identified. It was found in a loft and is about 6mm in length with a black head. The larva is about 1mm in diameter. It has a pair of claspers? at the rear which are also orange.

My enymologist co-worker is away at the moment, so if anyone else wants to have a crack, here's the image:

A second AAB-questioner recently got in touch with me about this post, as he had also found one (new picture with 1p for scale below). If anyone has any ideas, I'm sure he'd appreciate them.
