Simple question - do aquatic birds ever dust bath? Even to remove excessive oil on the feathers? What about the Osprey (not sure they count as aquatic, but as they're also known as fish hawks and sea eagles and hunt over water they'd need somewhat waterproof feathers.)

it is not my area of expertise but the available literature would imply not, probably since they secrets their own oils and thus so not need the dust bath to keep their feathers clean.
