Hello, I found this little worm in my bed. Can you identify it, please?

The picture is quite grainy and we don't know where in the world you live so - to be honest no, we can't give you a firm ID. I can tell you it's not a bed bug (which is good news ! see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bed_bug) and it's not a worm in any scientific sense (e.g., an annelid or nematode) either.

It is some sort of insect larva and just based on finding it in your bed it could possibly be a carpet beetle larva since they like to live in houses. Have a look here to see if this matches your find
