Sorry if this is a silly question, but would a biologist or doctor consider an FtM transsexual who is post-operative and on hormone therapy to be biologically male, or some form of intersex? They have the two X chromosomes and mostly female skeleton but for the most part they'd be morphologically male. Also, what about the reverse for MtF transsexuals?
(It gets confusing when someone asks a transitioned trans person what they are biologically.)
