Last night a man who has aids threw his beer at me which he was drinking and the beer entered into my eyes. Is it possible that HIV virus can enter to my body by this way if he has wounds inside his mouth? Thank you for your time and please answer my question.
If you are worried by this you should consult your own physician. HIV survives very poorly outside the body.
It does sound pretty unlikely - HIV has a hard time surviving in saliva and there have been no reported cases of HIV being transmitted by exchange of saliva during kissing for example. If there was blood in the drink then there would be a slightly higher chance of HIV being able to infect, although it would be at incredibly low concentrations so again it would be highly unlikely. On top of this alcohol is good at denaturing viruses, so the chances of you being infected by having beer thrown on you are absolutely miniscule - but as David says, if you are worried about this you should see your doctor, since we do not know the full facts of the situation and we are not in a position to give medical advice.
